What We Look For 

We are expanding our Sales Team and seeking an individual to play a key role in driving our growth and expanding our client base.    

 

Responsibilities 

This position will be primarily focused on actively seeking out and acquiring new clients.  The Account Executive is proactive in identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them to clients. 

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: 

    • Execute daily prospecting activities using best-practice strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, digital prospecting, and social selling. 

    • Identify and engage with potential clients to create new business opportunities. 

  • Client Qualification: 

    • Conduct Discovery Calls to understand client needs and qualify or disqualify prospects. 

    • Customize questions and presentations to align with the challenges and requirements of the target audience. 

  • Sales Appointments 

    • Prepare thoroughly for sales appointments, ensuring a guided approach to address the unique needs of each prospect. 

    • Execute sales appointments to establish long-lasting partnerships with potential clients. 

  • Documentation 

    • Maintain detailed and organized documentation throughout the sales cycle for effective tracking and analysis.  

 

Skills 

  • Proven experience as a ‘Sales Hunter’ or in a similar role. (Service Sales) 

  • Strong self-motivation with a high sense of ownership and responsibility. 

  • Persistence and resilience to overcome challenges including fear of rejection or failure. 

  • Hunger for personal and professional growth. 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

  • Desire constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement. 

  • Excitement to be part of building a growing business. 

  • Superior listening, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills. 

 

Requirements 

  • Previous experience in business-to-business sales. 

  • Previous experience in sales in an MSP environment is a plus! 

  • Valid driver's license and personal car. 

  • Background check and pre-employment screening.
